- Town to check delivery and possible installer availability.
- If you have purchased before, your previous preorder reference.
You do not need to send identity documents or bank receipts for the initial question. Direct phone and WhatsApp details are shared privately after a preorder or a consultation contribution of at least €20. For an initial question use email, the form or Facebook/Messenger. Completing the guided calculator alone does not grant telephone access.

I create your preorder
We check compatibility and confirm the product, price, shipping origin and terms. I register each new purchase for CEG support.
You pay the seller
Your reserved preorder stays valid for 72 hours. Payment (bank transfer, card or PayPal) is completed on the seller’s platform; the seller issues the documents and ships, and I provide technical support.
How the preorder works: first we talk it through, so I can check that the kit is right for your system. Then I create a reserved preorder for you. Offers are available in limited quantities, so the preorder stays valid for 72 hours: during that time the product is set aside for you, then it becomes available to others again. Payment (bank transfer, card or PayPal) is completed on the seller’s platform. Please don’t buy directly without a preorder: warranty and support apply only to kits agreed with me.
