2. Contact form and technical services
The contact form prepares an email in the local preview. When direct sending is configured on the hosting, name, email address and message are processed to forward the request to CEG. No contact database is created. An essential session cookie protects submissions; a temporary hashed network identifier limits repeated requests. Hosting logs and third-party services follow their respective configurations and policies.

- Identity and contacts (name, email and other details you share after purchase/consultation)
- Request content (products, China/Europe configuration, BMS, delivery address if provided)
- Payment data handled by PayPal / your bank (CEG does not store card data on this static site)
4. Purposes and legal basis
Managing preorders, quotes, after-sales support and accounting/tax obligations. Basis: execution of pre-contractual and contractual steps; legal obligations where applicable.
5. Retention
Data in email mailboxes and payment systems is kept as long as needed for order/support management and legal duties. No ad tracking is active on this site.
