How do I order? Is there a cart?
No. Email carmineenergiagratis@gmail.com → preorder with PayPal, card or bank transfer (also 3 instalments if approved). Confirm your preorder directly with CEG.
Is preorder required? What if I buy without?
Yes: email or Facebook Messenger → Carmine creates the preorder → 72 hours to complete it → bank transfer/card/PayPal.
Delivery times depend on the product and shipping origin and are confirmed in your preorder. Warranty and personal support are tied to the preorder.
For later orders you do not need another consultation donation: a new preorder is enough.
No support is provided for kits bought without preorder.
Until when do prices apply?
Price list offer until 30 September 2026. DDP in Europe where applicable. No shipping to Romania or Switzerland. Sardinia and minor islands: yes, contact us first to confirm terms. Prices are always confirmed by email.
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes in Europe (Italy, France, Germany and connected EU/Europe), DDP where applicable. Romania and Switzerland excluded. Sardinia and minor islands: we deliver after email confirmation.
What does Magic Box do?
The meter sees export; if the battery is not full, Magic Box commands the Growatt to charge from surplus instead of feeding the grid. Priority: home loads → battery → grid. At night the Growatt supplies the home at 230 V. Anti-blackout within system limits. For saturated GSE lines: bypass/load creation — it does not “remove” saturation.
Which way does the CT clamp point?
The CT clamp arrow must point toward the loads (right in the diagram), not toward the utility meter. See figure in Magic Box.
Which BMS can I choose?
Seplos V3 or JK on all boxes. Seplos V2 China only (vertical: non-touch monitor) — specify it in the preorder.
Warranty?
5 years on the full box (cells, BMS, breakers). Cell extension +10 years: €120 (Op12).
Can I order the DC panel alone?
Only if you already bought a kit or at least CEG batteries/inverter. Price €238 by email.
Why don’t I see Growatt model codes?
Branding choice: on the catalogue we use “Growatt 6 kW – Carmine Energia Gratis” and “Growatt 12 kW – Carmine Energia Gratis”. Contact us before ordering to confirm the configuration specifications.
Can I order custom cables?
Only if you already bought CEG inverters or batteries. 100% pure copper, custom cross-sections, tinned lugs. Details in Materials.
